I feel extraordinarily blessed to have contributed to award-winning studio albums and worked with some of the biggest and best producers in the business including Marc M. Doc Williams (Madonna, Mint Condition, Janet Jackson), Hector Delgado (Eminem, A$AP Rocky, Busta Rhymes), Mike Cee (Jennifer Lopez, Michael Jackson, Baby Bash), B. Howard (#1-selling pop artist in Japan), Kamilah Barrett ("So You Think You Can Dance"), and countless others.  My work on bass has garnered four New Mexico Music Awards, an NAACP Image Award nomination, and a placement on the Grammy ballot.

I am excited to contribute to your next album or project.  If you have a studio, schedule a session with me, and I will work with you to get the ideal bass tracks for your songs.  I also utilize a home studio, and I am also able to record bass tracks on the road using my mobile studio.  I am able to do sessions through services such as Jammcard and Airgigs.  Have a bass line charted?  I am able to read music, so I can deliver your written bass lines accurately and tastefully.  Starting from scratch?  I will work with the artist and producer to create appropriate parts for your project...and will continue to work and modify parts if necessary until the finished product is accomplished to satisfaction.  I am capable of recording on electric, fretless, or upright bass in just about any genre, and I also have experience at string arrangements, horn arrangements, compostition, and songwriting.

 

I am also available for professional touring for select dates.  After over a dozen years of averaging 120 tour dates per year, I have the experience to lay down rock solid bass onstage night after night, all while maintaining a disciplined, professional, yet fun attitude on the road!  Need a musical director?  I have served as a musical director for live bands, television shows, guest performers, and more, and can bring out the best in an ensemble with exceptional attention to detail.  Already have a musical director?  I pride myself in being meticulous, professional, a fast learner, and a great listener.  I am also an experienced background vocalist, and can provide and arrange backing vocal harmonies.  

 

I am completely drug and smoke free, and maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regimen, and only drink socially, so I am conditioned for the rigors of life on the road (and in the air).  I also have a valid United States Passport, TSA Pre-Check, AND Global Entry with no felonies or misdemeanors on my record whatsoever, so I am free to travel the country and the world without any restrictions.
